Problem identification

Nowadays, the use of postcard have been extinct from normal daily usage. But the concept and idea of it still can be consider as an appropriate way to convey our messages to others. So, I turn up to do a survey on interaction and experience using Multimedia postcard.

Survey result show the people feedback on the research topic. Most of them prefer internet base postcard. Finding that can support the statement is nowadays internet is much easier and faster.

People choose to share their experience when go overboard. From the survey findings, 10 out of 16 prefer to do that. As conveying their expression is in second place with 5 vote, both have it's own interpretation and they are related in both way.

About the method to conveying messages, people choose facial expression as the best way to convey their messages. Symbols also one of the best choices they made. From the fact finding, yes facial expression directly tell the story from the sender. The person who will receive the messages can easily make their own description on what they see. Symbols also directly convey the message beneath it.

The person who receive the message will be having their own interaction and expression. From the survey, we can tell that the first expression when someone receive a postcard is he's/she's happy. The upcoming expression after finish exploring the postcard still lead toward the understanding of the messages that being delivered to.

Bringing the idea back to the nowadays world is not easy. But soon if the concept workout, it will be one of daily usage application/method in communication.
